Most larger companies realise that they have to digitalise to stay ahead of minor competition from start-ups and apps that replace some of their services. Take fintech and the larger banks, for example… They illustrate how difficult digitalisation can be for large companies. Luckily, we can help.

CEO Johan Van Looy has written an opinion piece about digital transformation and reveals the differences between large and small companies. Contrary to public opinion, Johan thinks that coaching and training are not enough to succeed and true digital transformation requires a two-track approach. Large organisations need to follow two different paths simultaneously, with different departments transforming at different speeds.
