New CEO at INNOCOM

In its 25th year of existence, INNOCOM announces the arrival of a new CEO, Hans Verheggen. The expertise center in strategic transformations revealed earlier this year that the current CEO, Johan van Looy, intended to pursue a different direction in his professional career.

Hans Verheggen brings over 20 years of experience in the consultancy sector, both nationally and internationally, with the last 5 years spent as a partner at Deloitte. He is well-versed in business architecture, digital transformation, technology strategy, and is widely recognized for his management capabilities.

The complementarity of his experience with that of the existing management team and his personal alignment with INNOCOM's open company culture were decisive factors in the ultimate choice. This strengthens the team for the continued development of INNOCOM in the coming years.

Hans Verheggen will officially assume his role as CEO from January 1, 2024. In the lead-up, he will work with the existing management team to ensure a smooth transition.
